Moon Goddess, thermal dip powder

rich in color.. black to teal. Super sensitive to temperature.. cold activated. 

I did use gel to swatch. But with all gel liquids you must test your own first. They do cause a negative reaction to ALL COLOR CHANGING DIP POWDERS..
