Heart light

A milky white glow in the dark dip powder with red hearts.. this bright white glow is amazing and the beautiful milky white under the shining red hearts is perfect for Valentine's Day or Any Day.. 

All dips come in cosmetic jars and are filled to the top. 

Colors may vary due to lighting and different devices. 

These types of dips are done a bit different. Here are the steps. 👇

Step 1.  Pour small amount into a cupcake liner or small container.

Step 2. Separate your glitter pieces from your powder and put them aside. 

Step 3. Dip or pour over the powder you have already taken out the glitter from,  as usual

Step 4.top coat but DO NOT CURE

Step 5. Take a dotting tool/cuticle stick and dip it into a tiny bit of top or base coat and pick up the glitter pieces one by one and place them as you want them on the nail.

Step 6  Cure 

Step 7 top coat again or encapsulate however you choose
