Halographic Toppers

Halographic toppers are used over a no wipe top coat. 

Can be use over gel polish or dip powder that has a fresh top coat.

*You can get a better results by curing your top coat half the time(30 seconds)

*Rub over the top coated nail with a eye shadow brush, silicone applicator or your finger. 

Top coat again when done!
